Veritas has announced the recruitment for the Veritas Backup Exec 22.2 exclusive BETA program. The program is planned to start May 29 and run through June 19, 2023. After joining, you will have the opportunity to be the first to get exclusive access to demos and the latest features of the updated product and to discuss best practices with the experts. Additionally, you will be able to provide your personalized product feedback for future enhancements, as well as to receive rewards for participating in the conference.

During the program, you will have the opportunity to test and use the following beta features:

Backup Exec Accelerator v3, which significantly accelerates Forever Incremental backups to disk storage on ReFS volumes. The Block Cloning Technology is used when Hyper-V and VMware virtual machines are backed up to disk storage that is configured on ReFS volume.
Anomaly detection, which monitors backup job parameters for any change in patterns to detect anomalies, which are then reported in Backup Exec.
Support for new cloud storage - SCloud, which is now supported by Backup Exec Cloud Connector.
