Recently, there has been a growing demand for a 4K HDMI matrix switcher with 4 inputs and 4 outputs on board with audio extraction and remote control with additional features to facilitate integration and configuration.

Cypress CPLUS-V4H4HPA brings the capabilities of a classic matrix switcher, plus many additional options. The innovative device complies with the HDMI 2.0 standard, has a bandwidth of 18 Gb/s (600 MHz), works with various 4K signals 3840 × 2160 60 Hz (YUV 4:4:4, 8-bit); 4096x2160 60Hz (YUV 4:4:4, 8-bit), supports HDCP 2.2, HDR, Deep Color, and also passes LPCM 7.1 audio, HD Bitstream and CEC control commands.

With flexible options for working with EDID data, the CPLUS-V4H4HPA switcher makes it easy to set up and further use all AV equipment connected on the basis of an HDMI switch. The device provides the ability to use built-in 6 different universal EDID data blocks simultaneously, maintaining 4 read EDIDs from each output, then editing and storing up to 4 such EDID blocks, and storing and assigning selected different or identical EDID data blocks to selected inputs.

Additionally, the switcher's built-in audio extractors provide analog audio extraction from each of the 4 HDMI outputs. All analog audio outputs implemented via Jack 3.5 are identical to the corresponding HDMI output. Moreover, the audio output level can be further adjusted. You can also additionally output up to 2 lines of text to each separate HDMI output of the Cypress CPLUS-V4H4HPA switch, separate text with customizable text color and background.

The device is controlled via an on-screen interface using buttons on the front panel or an optional remote control. It is also possible to control the switch via WebGUI remotely, either by exchanging commands via Telnet or using commands via the RS232 and IR ports.
