Grinding time:

Coarse: 5-10 seconds for French press coffee;
Medium: 15-20 seconds for mocha;
Fine: 30-35 seconds for espresso.

Grinding longer than 35 seconds is not recommended. If you grind longer, the coffee may heat up and lose its flavor.

The grinding process is absolutely safe, since the grinder starts working only when you press the button. Fast and high-quality grinding is provided by sharp stainless-steel blades. The opaque lid serves as a protective mechanism, and to stop grinding, you just need to release the button. If necessary, you can grind nuts and spices.
